The Process:

1. Concept Meeting

We start with a relaxed meeting to discuss your brand, goals and the kind of video you’d love to create. This can be a phone call or email exchange, where we brainstorm and build your concept together.

2. Contract & Confirmation

Once we’ve agreed on a direction, I’ll send a contract that includes your video idea, creative brief and the project deadline, plus all the important details around music rights, usage and delivery. This helps avoid any miscommunication and ensures you’re happy with the plan before production begins. Payment is taken up front before production begins to secure your booking and cover licensing, filming and editing costs.

3. Production

I’ll handle everything: scripting, filming, editing and sound (unless we’ve agreed on specific creative elements during our concept meeting). All music used is fully licensed for commercial use, so you’ll never need to worry about copyright issues.

4. Review & Revisions

You will receive your first draft to review. Each project includes two rounds of revisions. For each round you can send a full list of changes you’d like, and I’ll resend the updated version. If more edits are requested after two revisions an additional fee will apply. Any additional filming, editing, or revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work continues.

5. Delivery & Usage Rights

Once your video is approved I’ll send over the final version ready for download, along with all raw footage so you can repurpose the content however you’d like. You’ll have full, unlimited usage rights, meaning you can post and use your video wherever and whenever you like. I also retain the right to share the final video in my portfolio or on social media, to showcase my work and creative style.

Payment:

Please note that all payments are made upfront to secure your booking and cover time spent on planning and preparation. When you place your order make sure to correctly fill out your contact information and I will be in contact within 1-2 working days to arrange our concept meeting.

Refunds:

Refunds are only available before production begins, if you decide not to move forward after the initial concept meeting. Once filming, editing, or design work has started, no refunds will be issued, as significant time and resources are dedicated to the project. If you’re not completely happy with the final product, this will be discussed during the review and revision process. 

Revisions:

Each project includes two rounds of revisions, allowing time to refine and adjust the work until you’re fully satisfied. Additional revisions can be arranged for an extra charge. I am committed to delivering a final result that aligns with your vision and expectations.

Travel Costs:

If your content requires on location filming outside of the local area (North West England), travel costs may apply. This will be discussed and confirmed during the concept meeting. If the travel costs fall outside of your budget, you’re welcome to cancel your booking at that stage and receive a full refund.
